1. Acceptance

By using this website, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

We provide a non-custodial web interface to THORChain's decentralized liquidity protocol. We facilitate the creation of swap transactions but do not process, hold, or control any funds.

3. Non-Custodial Nature

We never have custody of your assets. All swaps are executed by THORChain's decentralized validator network. We cannot freeze, reverse, or modify any transaction once initiated.

4. No Financial Advice

Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk. You may lose some or all of your funds.

5. Fees

A 2% interface fee is applied to each swap, in addition to THORChain's native network fees. All fees are disclosed before transaction confirmation.

6. Risks

You acknowledge the inherent risks of cryptocurrency transactions, including but not limited to: price volatility, slippage, network congestion, smart contract vulnerabilities, and potential loss of funds. You use this service entirely at your own risk.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use this service for money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctions evasion, or any other illegal activity under applicable law.

8. No Warranty

This service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of quotes, or successful completion of any swap.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
