Frequently Asked Questions

What is this platform?
We provide a non-custodial interface to THORChain, enabling instant cross-chain crypto swaps. No accounts, no KYC, no wallet connections needed.
How do swaps work?
You send crypto to a THORChain vault address with a swap memo. THORChain's validators process the swap and send the destination asset directly to your wallet. We just generate the transaction details — the swap happens entirely on THORChain.
Do you hold my funds?
Never. We are a non-custodial interface. Your funds go directly from your wallet to THORChain's vaults, and the swapped asset is sent directly to your destination wallet. We have zero access to your funds at any point.
What are the fees?
2% interface fee + THORChain network fee (typically $1–5, varies by chain and congestion). All fees are displayed before you confirm the swap.
Which cryptocurrencies are supported?
BTC, ETH, SOL, USDT, USDC, DAI, AVAX, BNB, ATOM, DOGE, LTC, BCH, XRP, RUNE, LINK, AAVE, WBTC, and more. Any asset supported by THORChain.
How long do swaps take?
Typically 5–30 minutes depending on the chains involved and network congestion. BTC swaps tend to be slower due to Bitcoin's confirmation times.
Where can I track my swap?
On the THORChain Explorer. Enter your transaction hash or wallet address to see real-time status.
What if my swap is stuck?
THORChain automatically refunds stuck swaps after approximately 72 hours. You can check the status on the explorer. For help, visit the THORChain Discord.
Do I need to create an account?
No. There is no registration, no accounts, no passwords. Just enter your swap details and send the transaction from your own wallet.
Is KYC required?
No. We do not collect any personal information. Swaps are processed by THORChain's decentralized network without identity verification.
What is MEV protection?
THORChain uses streaming swaps that break large trades into smaller sub-swaps, minimizing the impact of front-running and sandwich attacks common on other DEXs.
Is it safe?
THORChain has processed billions in cross-chain swaps since 2021. Swaps are settled on-chain by a decentralized validator set. No smart contract approvals needed — no approval risk on your wallet.
